The Roberts Company Fabrication Services is a modern ASME code production facility with over 100,000 square feet of shop space. Our facilities are clean and spacious allowing for proper material segregation. When applicable, automated GMAW, SAW and orbital welding methods are used to provide consistent quality. When manual welding is required, the skill of our craftsmen is second to none. We have over 500 PQR/WPS qualifications in GTAW, GMAW, SAW, and SMAW covering materials including but not limited to; mild steels, stainless steels, duplex, nickel alloy, high temperature alloy and titanium. Reactors, columns, evaporators, condensers, crystallizers, towers, scrubbers, piping systems, and high purity vessels are all common products from our shop. Our estimating, engineering, production management and quality assurance capabilities insure that your project will be delivered to exacting specifications. Specialty heat exchanger rebuilds, a climate controlled industrial coating facility, and precision machining services add to our capability list. We recently shipped a 330,000 pound vessel that was 12' in diameter and 180' long over 600 miles. If your equipment is too large to ship we regularly send our field services group out for final vessel assembly.
