Founded in 1977, The Roberts Company has grown from a small mechanical
contractor to a large full service constructor and fabricator. In
response to customer demand, Roberts partnered with Professional Project
Services to provide engineering, design, consulting, and technical
resources to meet our clients detail design needs. Together with Roberts, Professional Project Services brings practical and innovative design
solutions to capital projects of various sizes in a host of industrial
industries, including chemical, specialty chemical, mining, power
and light industrial pharmaceutical and manufacturing.
The Roberts Company Fabrication Services is a modern ASME code production
facility with over 100,000 square feet of shop space. Our facilities
are clean and spacious allowing for proper material segregation. When
applicable, automated GMAW, SAW and orbital welding methods are used
to provide consistent quality. When manual welding is required, the
skill of our craftsmen is unparalleled. We have over 500 PQR/WPS qualifications
in GTAW, GMAW, SAW, and SMAW covering materials including, but not
limited to; mild steels, stainless steels, duplex, nickel alloy, high
temperature alloy and titanium. Reactors, columns, evaporators, condensers,
crystallizers, towers, scrubbers, piping systems, and high purity
vessels are all common products from our shop. Our estimating, engineering,
production management and quality assurance capabilities ensure that
your project will be produced to exacting specifications. Specialty
heat exchanger rebuilds, a climate controlled industrial coating facility,
and precision machining services add to our capability list. If your
equipment is too large to ship, we regularly send our field services
crews to your plant sites for final vessel assembly.
The Roberts Company Field Services offers industrial construction
capital project solutions and our Plant Services division offers maintenance
and turnaround solutions for your needs. Our customers typically utilize
industrial process equipment and related mechanical systems. We have
over 33 years of experience supplying complete craft services from
site preparation, demolition, and concrete installation to steel erection,
equipment installation, piping, electrical, instrumentation and commissioning.
We are fully licensed in 13 southeastern states for your capital project
or emergency plant repair needs. Our project management group consistently
provides planning, scheduling, procurement, and site management services
to a full spectrum of industrial clients.
